Engaged by Condo Corp and private owners FLE was responsible for installing a new high efficiency heating system with separated combustion for heating the garage. Along with a new automatic c02 exhaust monitoring and mechanical exhaust system.
Individual loft spaces both offices and Private residences FLE was engaged by multiple owners to retrofit upgrade existing hvac equipment to high efficiency Hvac systems.
